Power Electronics
Solid-state power amplifier design with VSWR, overcurrent, and overtemperature protection. KiCad schematic and layout for SSPA fault interlocking and sequencing. HV subsystems for pulse-power applications and demanding duty cycles.
RF & Microwave
Waveguide components, resonators, filters, and couplers. Cross-guide and multi-hole directional couplers using Bethe small-hole theory. Chebyshev synthesis for filter design. Design-through-measurement capability with VNA characterisation across X-band and Ka-band.




Control Systems
Alarm management to ISA 18.2 with first-out indication. Sequencing logic, timing, and instrumentation control for safety-critical operations. Python and Tkinter-based operator-facing displays for industrial and accelerator-facility applications.
PCB Design
RF, mixed-signal, and power PCB layout in KiCad. Schematic capture through fabrication documentation including assembly drawings, bill of materials, and gerber output. Layout for RF impedance control, EMI mitigation, and high-current paths.
How we work
Vidyunix doesn't deliver components in isolation. We work from the published physics, build parametric simulation tools, characterise hardware with VNAs and signal analysers, and document everything to a level that survives technical review. The capabilities above are functional groupings — most real projects span two or three.
